  2. San Francisco: $1,904 average rent
  3. Boston: $1,658 average rent
  4. San Jose: $1,612 average rent
  5. Los Angeles: $1,452 average rent
  6. San Diego: $1,304 average rent
  7. Washington, DC: $1,302 average rent
  8. Miami: $1,080 average rent
  9. Philadelphia: $1,014 average rent
  10. Chicago: $1,010 average rent
